What to do when your Zaap TV channels are not functioning correctly

This information applies to Zaap TV and Zaap TV HD609N only

Here is a quick fix if your Zaap TV App is not functioning as it should. For example if you are being asked to login every time you watch or no channels are showing.

  1. From the main menu go to "My Apps", move over the ZAAPTV app, and press and hold the OK button on your remote.
  2. On the next screen select "Clear Data" and press OK.
  3. After that, please go back to IPTV and log in.
