The Telefunken S9130 is a formidable 4K UHD combo (satellite/terrestrial/cable) digital receiver equipped with a CI+ (common interface) slot for reception of encrypted programmes along with USB to allow PVR recording.

The offcial CI+ slot is compatible with a multidude of conditional access modules including modules from providers such as Tivusat, BIS, Fransat, Canal Digitaal, Kabelio, HD+, TV Vlaanderen to name a few.

The S9130 has the added benefit of tuning logically with providers such as BIS, Fransat and Tivusat, meaning the channels are numbered in the same order as set out by the service provider.
