Smartcard Activation: The activation of the TivùSat smartcard requires a valid Italian address and Codice Fiscale (Italian Insurance Number). Customers can either activate the smartcard themselves or we can arrange pre-registration in Italy on your behalf. When ordering please choose your activation preference above.
   There is a £30 surcharge for pre-registration.
2. Pre-tuned and Ready to Go: Are you unsure how to set up this receiver? Would you like us to set it up for you? If so, please select the option above, we will update the software if required, set-up the box and scan the Tivusat channels. You will receive a unit ready to connect to your existing Hotbird dish, just Plug and Play.
   There is a no charge for this service.
3. Record & Pause Live TV: Adding a whopping 1TB USB hard disk drive to your purchase will allow you to both pause and record live TV as well as set timer recordings when you are out. When ordering this option you will receive a matching hard drive enclosure specially prepared to work with this and other satellite receivers. Ideal for SD, HD and 4K recordings, fully formatted and tested. The 1TB (1000GB) of storage will provide up to 600 hours of high definition recording.
