The TRIAX TMS/CKR 5x16 BS is a high-performance, mains-powered satellite multiswitch designed to distribute satellite and terrestrial TV signals to up to 16 independent receivers or TV points from a single satellite dish.

Featuring 5 inputs and 16 subscriber outputs, this versatile multiswitch supports both Quad and Quattro LNBs, making it an ideal choice for larger domestic installations, apartment buildings, small commercial properties and multi-room satellite distribution systems.

The multiswitch combines four satellite inputs with one terrestrial input, allowing satellite and terrestrial TV signals to be distributed through the same coaxial cable network.

Quad and Quattro LNB Compatibility

Unlike many conventional satellite multiswitches that require a dedicated Quattro LNB, the TRIAX TMS/CKR 5x16 BS supports both Quad and Quattro LNB configurations.

This makes it particularly useful when upgrading or expanding an existing satellite installation, as a compatible Quad LNB may be retained rather than replaced with a Quattro model.

Each of the 16 outputs provides an independent satellite connection, allowing connected receivers to select their required satellite channels without affecting other users.

Satellite and Terrestrial Distribution

The multiswitch features four satellite inputs and one terrestrial input, enabling both types of television signal to be carried over a common coaxial distribution network.

The integrated active/passive terrestrial switch provides additional flexibility when configuring the terrestrial signal path.
